藝術名家 張美玲老師

張美玲(Rosa Chang)，慧觀居主人，1952年生於台灣高雄縣，祖籍湖北省大冶縣，淡江大學碩士畢業。早年從事進出口貿易，後任職行政院，2012年公職退休，現為台灣水墨畫會理事、中韓畫家交流協會會員、游藝雅集會員。喜愛到世界各地旅遊，觀賞大自然的風景，汲取其微妙的神韻，不時的內化積澱，從而揮灑出心中的感動。

獲獎作品：（登天門山）入選2007年第九屆中央機關美展國畫組、（木棉道）入選2008全國雞籠（基隆）美展、（黃河之水天上來）入選2009全國公教美展國畫組。

Rosa Chang, was born in 1952 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Graduated from master degree in Tamkang university and dedicated in international business in early career. Later turned into governmental role in prime minister office and was retired back in 2012 from civil service. Now serves as council member of Taiwan Ink painting Association, member of various art organizations.

Passionate about travelling around the world and appreciate the beauty of Mother Earth. While enjoying the art and spirit of nature, digest the details and inspiration then turn them into pieces of artwork to share with other people.
